like-minded people and
sources of knowledge.
It will also support sustainable
change in the company:
- participants will be
required to identify a
specific change project
which they will lead or in
which they will play a
significant part during the
life of the programme
- participants will be
able to bring conceptual
knowledge of organisational
change to their change
projects
- participants will also
be helped to bring their
projects to a successful
conclusion through coaching
and peer support.
