What will it achieve?

It will open minds, stretch awareness of possibilities and raise aspirations so that participants begin to make a different contribution to the business.

The programme will build personal resourcefulness by enhancing:

  • confidence – to take more effective action and to tackle difficult or contentious problems
  • competence – through acquiring a wider repertoire of perspectives and responses
  • connections – having access to a wider network of like-minded people and sources of knowledge.

It will also support sustainable change in the company:

  • participants will be required to identify a specific change project which they will lead or in which they will play a significant part during the life of the programme
  • participants will be able to bring conceptual knowledge of organisational change to their change projects
  • participants will also be helped to bring their projects to a successful conclusion through coaching and peer support.
